ADVISORY | COACHING

We bring machines into your strategy process.

We bring AI into your strategy work. And your assumptions onto the test bench. With AI we develop counter-proposals and play through possible reactions — so you can spot options early and decide deliberately.

FORMATS

Three formats, depending on your situation.

01For your team2–5 days on site

Strategy process

We facilitate the process from the first question through to implementation. The machine carries analysis and option-building, your team weighs up and decides — and learns the method along the way.

02For youOne-to-one or in a board

Coaching

Also as a half-day for boards. On real decisions: what AI delivers in proposals, where it looks plausible yet is wrong, and which rules your organisation needs.

03For your team1–3 days

AI Bootcamp

Enablement from the Strategy Lab, which distils academic research and knowledge from real strategy processes. In a day, your team learns where generative AI is simply a faster tool — and where it calls your business model itself into question.

AI-POWERED STRATEGY

More options. Tougher debates. Better decisions.

A clear division of labour. The human as the deciding authority in the AI-supported strategy process.

Information becomes direction.

A systematic, AI-supported cycle: five building blocks make the approach tangible.

DECISION ROOM

What If?

What if a competitor changes the rules of the game – or your market shifts fundamentally? That question is where What If? begins: with AI we develop plausible future scenarios and, in business wargaming, play through how customers, competitors and your company might react. This reveals vulnerable assumptions, uncovers new options for action, and tests how robust your strategy is under changed conditions.

Strategy workshop
CASE STUDY | CONSUMER GOODS

Two days for the decisions that make the difference.

For a mid-sized consumer-goods manufacturer we designed an AI-supported strategy process for a core business unit. Market structure, competition and value proposition were analysed and prepared beforehand with AI support. This allowed the two joint workshop days to focus on the actual leadership task: weighing alternatives, questioning assumptions and setting a strategic direction.

The team examined options and their consequences, discussed trade-offs and agreed on a shared direction.

The result: a strategy paper for the board – with a reasoned decision, fully worked-through scenarios and sound answers to the most critical objections.

Better decisions
AI did the analytical groundwork. The shared time belonged to the debate and the decision.

CASE STUDY | AI BOOTCAMP

Your team knows the business. AI widens the view.

How can AI be used for your own strategic questions? For a German confectionery manufacturer we worked on this question hands-on in a one-day AI Bootcamp – directly on the company’s business.

The employees used AI to analyse their starting point, develop future scenarios and play through possible competitor reactions. From this they derived options for action and examined critically: What is relevant? Which assumptions must we question? Where do we need more than a plausible AI answer?

Our format combines your team’s knowledge with new perspectives and a clear method. In this way your people test where AI meaningfully supports their strategy work – and where experience and judgement remain decisive.

Bring a strategic question. We make it the starting point of your AI Bootcamp.

A shared language
The team leaves the day with a shared vocabulary for AI topics — discussions that used to talk past each other finally become comparable.
From gut feel to reasoning
Tool decisions then rest on your own business logic, not on whatever everyone is buying right now.
Ready-to-run pilots
At the end of the day there is no statement of intent, but a short list of concrete pilots that can start in the following weeks.

RESULT
Options for action on a strategic question you bring

Facilitation and sparring for an audit and advisory firm in clarifying its strategic direction before the general meeting — from finding a position on the board to a communicable core message.

Strategy workshop 2030 in robotics

Facilitation of a multi-day strategy workshop to realign Service & Support — with the goal of turning a cost-driving function into a value contribution in its own right.

Workshop to identify AI use cases in transport

Joint identification and prioritisation of concrete AI use cases for a transport company.

AI enablement workshop for a cooperative banking network

A workshop series for leaders of a cooperative banking network: AI fundamentals, governance questions and a first position of their own on dealing with generative AI.

AI-supported growth workshop with an executive board

A day with the executive board of a logistics company: from the owner family’s priorities to three board-ready growth initiatives.

Joint work in the organisation-design workshop after the strategy clarification

Accompanying an engineering firm from strategic realignment to a fitting organisation structure — including a written final report for the board.

LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

Strategic clarity need not take months.

Fewer analysis loops. Fewer workshop marathons. More time for the discussions that move your company forward.

AI accelerates the groundwork and opens up additional perspectives. Together we examine your strategy from four angles: market, customers, competition and your own capabilities. This gets us faster to the decisive questions: What holds? What must we question? What is the next step?

Experience this way of working on a concrete question from your company — in a compact, clearly bounded project.
